Upgrade the same or directly related project within 30 days and your HK$9,800 Pilot fee is fully credited toward the HK$28,800 implementation fee. Balance: HK$19,000 + HK$5,800/month.
Why is there a monthly fee?
Long-running automation needs monitoring, maintenance, system-change handling, error follow-up, tuning and support.
Are third-party software costs included?
Not unless stated in the proposal. Cloud, AI tools, messaging tools, SaaS subscriptions and external data providers are separate.
Can it write directly into ERP or websites?
Where appropriate, production write actions can be scoped with safeguards, validation, approval logic, rollback and logs.
How do you handle data security?
Principles: least privilege, environment variables and secrets, customer-owned accounts where possible, and audit records where needed.
