We're not in retail — does this apply?

Yes. Retail is just the demo scenario. Data entry, reconciliation, document processing, message triage — logistics, clinics, professional services, engineering, wholesale and back-office teams all qualify.

Do we need to replace our systems?

No. We build automation on top of what you already use (ERP, webstore, spreadsheets, WhatsApp).

Will AI change things on its own?

No. Every live change requires human approval, and every step is logged.
