What counts as one task?
Examples: supplier Excel to report, quotation preparation, product listing preparation, customer-message routing or payment reminder.
What counts as one related tool?
A data source, system, spreadsheet, database or messaging channel may count as one related tool. Final scope is listed in the proposal.
What happens after the Pilot?
Stop, keep using the agreed deployment, or upgrade to Operations Automation. Upgrade the same or directly related project within 30 days and the Pilot fee is fully credited.
What does monthly service cover?
Monitoring, maintenance, error follow-up, system changes, tuning, support and regular review.
Can I host it myself?
Yes, project by project. Support responsibility, monitoring and deliverables are defined separately.
Are third-party software costs included?
Not unless stated. Cloud, AI tools, messaging tools, SaaS subscriptions and external data providers are separate.
What if scope changes?
We confirm impact first, then quote a change or split the work into phases.
